Synopsis

After a ruthless criminal’s actions shatter the lives of four PTU officers, the survivors cross paths with him again five years later during a rising turf war. As gangs battle for control of West Kowloon, PTU and the Anti-Triad Unit are forced into a brutal clash with criminals old and new in a fight to restore order to a city on the brink.
